At AuroraSens™, we stand behind the quality of our beauty technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our support team is here to assist you.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

– To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

– You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

– Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. HYGIENE & SAFETY NOTICE

Due to the personal nature of our products (such as Liquid Importing Combs and LED Masks), we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

3. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@beautymassagerproduct.com

if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. RETURN PROCESS

1. Request: Email us at Support@beautymassagerproduct.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.

2. Review: Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

3. Ship: Please follow the instructions to send the item to our designated return center.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging.

7. REFUNDS

– We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

– If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

– Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

– If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Support@beautymassagerproduct.com.

8. AURORASENS™ 30-DAY RESULTS GUARANTEE

(Specialized for EMS/Microcurrent Devices). If you use the device as directed for 30 consecutive days and see no results, you may apply for a refund:

1. Email a clear “Before” photo to us within 7 days of delivery. Subject: 30-Day Guarantee – [Order #].

2. Use the device consistently for 30 days as guided.

3. Take a clear “After” photo and reply to the original email thread.

4.Ship the device back within 30 days of purchase and provide tracking information.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is covered by the buyer.

9. SHIPPING & CANCELLATIONS

(Specialized for EMS/Microcurrent Devices). If you use the device as directed for 30 consecutive days and see no results, you may apply for a refund:

– Dispatch: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

– No Hidden Fees: The price at checkout includes all delivery costs and taxes to your door.

– Delivery Issues: AuroraSens™ is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for such cases.

– Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
