I. Ordering & Payment
1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your desired products, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, click “Checkout,” fill in your shipping and payment details, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not been shipped. Once the status shows “Shipped,” the order cannot be altered. You may choose to refuse the package or initiate a return upon delivery.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and express checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

II. Shipping & Delivery
4. When will my order be dispatched?
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, it may take 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
5. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to North America (US 48 states, Canada), Europe (UK, EU), Oceania (AU, NZ), Asia (JP, KR, SG, MY, TH, VN, PH, ID), Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), and South America (Mexico, Chile, Peru). Note : We currently cannot ship to Brazil, India, Russia, or PO Box addresses. Please note: For some regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of thebuyer.

6. Is the technology scientifically backed?
AuroraSens™ devices utilize clinically-inspired technologies such as EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) and LED Photon Therapy. These methods simulate biological signals to tone muscle groups and rejuvenate skin cells. Visible results typically appear after 30 days of consistent use.
7. Who should NOT use these devices?
For your safety, the following groups are prohibited from using our devices:
Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Users with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other implanted cardiac devices.
Individuals with heart disease, severe hypertension, or epilepsy.
Those with metal implants or surgical screws in the treatment area.
Users with open wounds, inflamed skin, or acute skin diseases.
Minors under 18 years of age.
8. How do I maintain my device?
Simply wipe the device body with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Do not use alcohol or harsh chemical cleaners, as they may damage the premium surface. Always ensure the device is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dry place.
IV. Returns & Warranty
9. What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., circuit failure). It does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized disassembly, or normal wear and tear.
10. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
11. What is the "30-Day Results Guarantee"?
If you use our EMS devices consistently for 30 days and see no results, you may apply for a full refund. Please refer to our dedicated 30-Day Guarantee page for full terms and submission requirements.

12. How can I track my order?
Log in to your AuroraSens™ account and visit “My Orders,” or reply directly to your confirmation email for assistance.
13. Do you provide invoices?
Yes, we provide electronic invoices. You can request one in the “Notes” section at checkout or via email after purchase.
